At Spotlight Accounting, we’re on a mission to help business owners get clarity and control so they can reach their goals with confidence. We’re proud to be a forward-thinking firm that cares
deeply — about our clients, our team, and the way we work together.
We’re now looking for an Operations and Client Success Coordinator to join our team. This isn’t your typical admin role. It’s about supporting our people, streamlining how we work, and
ultimately helping us deliver a better, faster service to clients who rely on us.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the glue between our production team and the people we serve. The work is varied and full of impact:
- Client Coordination: Chase client info, track progress, and help keep work moving
- Workflow Oversight: Create KPI and workflow reports to give visibility across the practice
- System Projection: Lead the implementation of a new client management system and support our move into AI-based tools and automation
- HR & H&S Admin: Liaise with consultants to keep policies, software, and documentation up to date
- Building Maintenance: Look after utility bills and meter readings and ensure fire alarms and emergency lighting is checked weekly
- Client Comms: Send reminders about tax payments, handle basic HMRC calls
- Debt Chasing: Support our credit control by following up on overdue invoices
- Marketing Support: Maintain email lists, send mail merges, support events, and post on social media
- PA Support: Maintain and manage calendars, monitor emails, schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate travel and accommodation for the Director
- Office Admin: Keep the supplies flowing and make sure the team has what they need to deliver
You’ll love this role if you:
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using new systems
- A genuine interest in improving how things work
- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage multiple tasks
- A good understanding of confidentiality and data handling
- Experience in HR or project coordination is a bonus
What it’s like to work here:
You’ll be the glue between our production team and the people we serve. The work is varied and full of impact:
- Team Work
- Growth through learning
- Empathy
- Ownership
- Ethical decisions
We support our team with training, flexible working options, and a culture that values ideas, not just job titles. You’ll be supported by a great group of people who genuinely want you to succeed.
